We’re thrilled to continue hosting Sarah Oliver (Living Well Body Works) at You+Me Studio, a seasoned yoga and movement therapy instructor and bodyworker.
Sarah brings a calm, knowledgeable approach that helps clients move with confidence and ease.
Fridays:
9:00 AM – Mat Pilates -This dynamic movement class provides a full-body workout that is sure to challenge the core, increase strength and flexibility. You’ll enjoy the benefits of improved functional mobility, enhanced athletic performance, as well as injury prevention.
10:30 AM – Stretch & Strength- Those seeking to avoid injury, recover from illness, and rehab post-physio are encouraged to come! Gently build resiliency with a practice focused on functional mobility.
