+ What's included in my booking?

All bookings include full use of the studio space including the kitchenette. You will have access to tables and chairs, a whiteboard, and a gallery hanging system for display purposes. Additional set up and cleaning fees may apply dependant on the nature of your booking.

+ What hours is the studio available for booking?

The studio can be booked from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday to Sunday. When planning your booking, be sure to allow for load in and tidying time.

+ Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is available in the studio for use in accordance with You + Me Studio's Wi-Fi Policy.

+ Is there a minimum booking length?

Minimum booking of the studio space is 1 hour. Some studio usages require a minimum of a full day booking. Contact us for more information.

+ What is the capacity?

The studio is equipped with 7 tables and 30 chairs. Capacity is dependent on studio usage. Please reach out to inquire about your specific event.

+ Can music be played?

A small Bluetooth speaker is available to play your music in the studio. The studio shares the building with other businesses and residential units. Any music played must be kept to a reasonable sound level.

+ Can alcohol be served?

Clients are responsible for obtaining a Special Event Permit for any event that will be serving liquor in the studio. A copy of the Permit is required to be submitted prior to the event date.

+ Can I hang artwork or other items on the walls?

The studio is furnished with a gallery hanging system to display signage, photography, or artwork. No other wall hanging methods are permitted in the studio.

+ Is parking available?

There is plenty of free street parking at the front of the building and two reserved parking spots in the back of the building.

+ Who is responsible for cleaning the studio?

Cleaning is included in your booking fee; however, each client is asked to tidy up and leave the studio as they found it. Additional cleaning fees may apply dependant on studio usage.

+ What is the cancellation policy?

Depending on the type of rental and when you cancel, a refund or credit on account may apply. Refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.

+ What if I need to reschedule my booking?

We will do our best to accommodate a rescheduling of your booking for a future date. If we are unable to provide a rescheduled booking, the cancellation policy for the original event booking date still applies.

+ What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit card payments online and debit or credit card payments in studio.

+ When is payment due?

To ensure your event date and time is reserved, full payment is due upon booking.
